The Dana Bay Ratepayers’ Association (DBRA) is a legally constituted, voluntary, non-profit civic organisation registered with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC) under registration number 2024/52509/08 The Association has formally appointed directors and operates in accordance with its Memorandum of Incorporation.
Representing the residents, property owners, and ratepayers of Dana Bay, the DBRA serves as the collective voice of the local community, ensuring that governance, infrastructure, and service delivery reflect the needs and priorities of its members.
The Association actively engages with municipal and governmental structures to ensure that appropriate action is taken to remedy any unfair, illegal, or unacceptable actions that affect the community.
Together, DBRA and MossRates stand committed to protecting the interests of all ratepayers, ensuring that every rand is spent responsibly and that every decision benefits the community at large.
